our little life in the big city

Walks in Central Park have quickly become one of my favorite things to do in the city.
This was the view a few weeks ago. Since then, the trees have become green and full with leaves and flowers are blooming!
Whenever I need a moment of rejuvenation, a walk in Central Park will give me just that.
However, on Friday night, we headed over to CP for our first summer evening picnic in the park.
Turns out, we just about got attacked by raccoons in 3 different locations before we finally decided to leave. Whoever would have thought those, cute, furry little critters could be so vicious?
Maybe I will have to stick to daytime trips to the park from now on!
